Como melhorar o engajamento da equipe usando o JobOne

A função de um gestor de equipe é auxiliada pelos dados obtidos no JobOne, que trará informações de como estão sendo alocados os profissionais e principalmente em quais atividades ou tarefas estão envolvidos através da Timeline.

 

A Timeline mostra ao Gestor a visão gráfica das alocações e reservas das equipes, como complemento o JobOne disponibiliza a Pauta que apresenta de forma rápida todas as atividades da agência, ou de das equipes, ou mesmo das suas entregas pessoal.

 

 

O JobOne fornece ao executor no seu Inbox uma visão das atividades a serem executadas por prioridade. 

O Inbox apresenta ao Usuário filtros de busca para seleção imediata do que realmente precisa visualizar!

No exemplo a seguir foi selecionado o Tipo de Atividade: Executar Task.

Ao Clicar na Task é aberta várias possibilidades de ações:

Ao rolar a tela da Task é apresentado outras campos importantes para serem incluídos.

Ao final o usuário terá todo histórico de execução arquivado.

Após execução da atividade, incluir arquivos referentes a execução, inserir o link para direcionar o repositório de arquivos muito grandes o usuário poderá imediatamente apontar as horas utilizadas no trabalho antes de TERMINAR.  

Se o usuário executor precisar apontar horas posteriormente ao termino da execução da atividade, o JobOne disponibiliza o Timesheet.

O gestor pode demandar as atividades para as equipes fora da sua área através do Workflow que possui características de maior controle de Status que podem ser visto em fluxo das entregas entre áreas e/ou equipes.
