Six Sigma®

A metodologia Six Sigma é uma metodologia de gerenciamento empresarial solidificado no mercado da indústria, eficiente e eficaz, que é guiada pela correção de defeitos nos processos das organizações e a melhoria e otimização dos mesmos processos por meio do corte de custos desnecessários.

O principal objetivo é mitigar o imprevisto e o desperdício no processo produtivo utilizando controles estatísticos para mensurar a evolução e assertividade da produção. Analisar Mediante a análise das entregas (disponibilidade de relatórios) é importante desenvolver um padrão esperado das entregas e propor melhorias no processo.
Implementar Implantar o melhor processo, etapas, entregas, controles financeiros de forma a garantir o sucesso do projeto
Controlar Monitoramento do dia a dia através da Pauta e evitar atrasos nas entregas e garantir a assertividade de cada item entregue.

 

Agile 

O processo Agile Project Management é uma metodologia focada no resultado da gestão de projetos que são dispostas em fases ou ciclos.  A metodologia é extremamente flexível e permite a inclusão de projetos com características dinâmicas mediante metas como “sprints”; o objetivo é adaptar-se continuamente às mudanças abruptas do feedback do cliente. É mais adequado para implantação em projetos que possuem uma equipe altamente envolvida e colaborativa ou um projeto que requeira iteração frequente.

Nessa linha, temos o Design Sprint que é uma metodologia colaborativa e ágil, que conta com a validação de usuários. A ideia é reunir toda equipe, para evitar meses de discussões intermináveis e idas e vindas de um projeto.
